the editors
Robyn I'aea founded Pacific WEDDINGS™ in 1999 and since then, the number of destination weddings has grown by over 400%. She finds daily inspiration in her life's treasures: faith, family and friends. A self-described design seeker, Robyn spends countless hours each day perusing a massive stack of magazines and reading hundreds of design and fashion books to guide her position as PW's editorial director. She and Shaunna share a penchant for journals and beautiful paper. Things she wouldn't want to live without: her bible, Marc Aurel's double Americano, the sound of her children's belly laughs, horses, her collection of pea coats, her new RL book and her Jack Russell. A blissful day would include the beach, her husband and kids, and a bit of furniture shopping.
Shaunna Keough loves all things bright and pretty! As associate editor of Pacific WEDDINGS™, she continually seeks out the most stylish, unique and talented designers, photographers,
and romantics in the wedding industry. In describing her personal design aesthetic, she tosses around the words ecclectic, bold, and retro before settling on the word bobo— an abbreviation of “bourgeois bohemian,” cleverly coined by David Brooks. Shaunna loves the city, the beach, coffee, fashion icons, yoga and music she can dance to! Never without a cute little notebook tucked within her oversized shoulder bag, her affinity for printed matter is untamable!
